It’s all about thoughtfulness and the small details. Gifts that strike a meaningful cord, based on a conversation you had or something you noticed they needed. I also love homemade gifts like infused olive oil or honey—and anything engraved always feels extra-special.
What You’re Looking Forward to This Holiday Season:
I’m looking forward to hosting a holiday dinner for friends and family, decorating the house, making hot toddies, our annual breakfast-for-dinner tradition on Christmas Eve, and layering things around the house that feel warm, like blankets and sheepskins.
Your Favorite Touches for Memorable Holiday Hosting:
I love setting the scene with holiday music, serving great appetizers (my go-to last year was the Whipped Goat Cheese with Dates recipe we worked with Pamela Salzman on), and burning holiday candles (my favorites are Ash, Sun Valley, Telluride, and Aspen).
